The expedition is a logical continuation of the 2020 project “From the Far East to Berlin. Humanity reserves” dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory in WWII.

The expedition’s visit to Perm stems from the honorable status “The city of Labour Valour” the city obtained in 2020 alongside with other 20 Russian cities; the status was declared by the Russian President Vladimir Putin and the “Victory” Russian Working Committee meeting.
